  • Total Cost includes all neccessary materials and books. The Course runs for 4 Complete Sessions Monday through Thursay.
    Attendance is MANDATORY for all Sessions. Shipping and Handling fees may apply. Materials will not be shipped out of the country. All Students will still be required to sign additional enrollment agreements on the first day of class.
Description
This is the Nevada State prescribed 24 Hour Property Management Pre-Permit Course that prepares prospective Real Estate Salespersons and Brokers for the PSI exam.

The Cost of this Course is $200.00 payable in advance and Registration is Mandatory.  Enrolling in this course will enroll you for all 4 days.

This is the first class that Students must attend and attendance is mandatory for all 4 sessions.  This Class will be held Nightly from 4:00 pm-10:00 pm Monday through Thursday.

Students that wish to enroll online will still be required to sign their enrollment agreement and additional documents the first day of class.  A Copy of your Valid Driver's License or State ID will also be required.
