  42 Hour Post Licensing Training: PL#16033000

  Prudential Americana Group, REALTORS is proud to offer a 42 hour Post-Licensing course approved by the Nevada Real Estate Division that meets the educational requirements of NAC 645.4442 for first year licensees.  The course consists of 14 three-hour modules scheduled over a 2 week period and includes a review and comprehensive final examination. 

  Attendance is mandatory for all 14 sessions.  There are 2 Modules per day all modules run from 9am-12pm and then 1pm-4pm daily for 7 total days.

  OBJECTIVES: Participants will be able to:
  1. Understand the agency relationship with a seller
  2. Prepare a complete listing package
  3. Prepare an estimated net sheet based on the listing price
  4. Give a listing presentation and discuss property disclosures.
  5. Apply the fair housing and antitrust laws when working with a seller.
