    This is the Nevada State prescribed 90 Hour Pre-Licensing course that prepares prospective Real Estate salespersons and brokers for the two-part PSI exam.

    The Cost of this Course is $399.00 payable in advance and Registration is Mandatory.

    The goal of this unit is to enable the participants to have a working knowledge of agency relationships, to identify the steps in working with a seller to prepare the complete listing package, present offers, write counteroffers, and create an estimated closing cost sheet.

    2. Prepare a complete listing package
    3. Prepare an estimated net sheet based on the listing price
    4. Give a listing presentation and discuss property disclosures.
    5. Apply the fair housing and antitrust laws when working with a seller.
